How to use the Parlay Hedge calculator
Use this when you want to hedge a parlay one leg at a time as it progresses. It is useful when you have a parlay placed on consecutively independent legs and want to size each next hedge based on what is left to play. Hedging these type of bets is common practice when hedging on pick'em platforms.
Enter the overall parlay odds and the original parlay stake at the top. Then enter the hedge odds for each leg you want to cover. You can add more hedge legs with Add leg if the parlay consists of more than two legs.
If the parlay itself is a bonus bet, check Parlay is a bonus bet. If it is a no-sweat promo, check Parlay is a no-sweat bet. These toggles change how the calculator values the parlay and how much real cash risk is left after the hedge. For no-sweat, use the sliders to set the bonus value and refund rate. For reference, bonus bets on pick&aposem platforms generally have a conservative conversion value somewhere between 0.45 to 0.5, a far cry from the value of a bonus bet on a typical sportsbook.
Each leg row shows the hedge odds you enter and the recommended hedge stake beside it. If you add or remove a leg, the calculator updates the full sequence so each row stays tied to the current parlay path.
After you press Calculate, the results panel shows the total stake or cash risk left in the plan, the guaranteed profit, and the ROI. The message below the results tells you whether the setup operates as a profitable hedge or a controlled loss for playthrough purposes.
